Teriyaki Sauce
Published on by nootHere is my recipe for a quick, easy, and delicious teriyaki sauce.
You don’t need a lot of ingredients for this, and it’s done in only 10 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
- 5 teaspoons Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Corn Starch
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Mix everything BUT the corn starch in a bowl.
- Bring to a simmer.
- While you are doing this, create a corn starch slurry by mixing 1/4 cup of cold water with 2 tablespoons of corn starch.
- Add the corn starch slurry to the pot.
- Reduce until the sauce is thick. It should coat the back of your spoon. This should take 5-7 minutes.
- Taste and serve.
